Chester Howard passed this site address on the Project Delta net. Ken Kerr & I were 1st two USAF FACs permanently attached to Delta (Dec 65) and Maj Bo Baker was my roommate. The web entry picture brought back lots of memories. The Delta guys taught me alot. I hope I helped them some.
